Hands-On Healing
 A gentle non-invasive therapy for mind, body and spirit.
 With light touch around the head, (temples, crown, behind the ears and forehead),  warm, gentle healing is passed through my hands, giving you around 20 - 30 minutes of warm gentle healing.   
 
Hands-On Healing can be beneficial for mental, physical and psychological complaints as it provides much needed energy to heal oneself.  Working alongside the medical profession, Hands-On Healing is a complementary therapy. 
 
Hands-On Healing is designed to balance mind, body and spirit, helping to unite all three so they can work together to provide a healthier, happier life.   When these work separately, it can cause imbalances that may lead to physical, mental and/or spiritual illnesses. 
  • Receiving Hands-On Healing can release the mind from past traumas, helping you to move forward with your life. 
  • It can provide answers to questions you may have had for years by relaxing your mind and removing obstacles that your subconscious mind may have put there.   
  • It can help to train your mind to relax so your body can rest, thereby aiding the physical healing process and experiencing a much deeper sleep.  
  • It can help to train you to slow down in your life, reducing stress and anxiety levels, and aiding focus and concentration.
  • It can help to relax your body, in particular, the muscle area around a physical complaint, easing pain.
 
You can have 20-30 minutes of Hands-On Healing for just a £10.00 donation.
(This donation contributes towards equipment, maintainence, and supplies.)
 
 By appointment only and in our own home.
Same day appointments are possible, just telephone between 10am and 12pm to find out.
Otherwise, bookings can be made for the next day or as soon as possible.
